It had a good location adjacent to very well maintained, and great restaurants in Kryopigi.

The breakfast was tasty and great and for every taste, the staff was wonderful. It was based in neat building in a stunning location, in 100 m from the sea.

Remoteness from the city

The apartment room was very spacious and had a lovely sea-view. The pools were excellent, the playground an added attraction for young kids and the beach only a few metres away. Together they provided an easy and relaxing diversion. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very good (surprisingly so for such a large complex). The hotel is well located (but a car is necessary if you wish to explore beyond the complex). Although the complex is large the grounds never felt crowded and because there is no entertainment as such, the nights are generally peaceful.

The sheer number of (unfriendly) guests meant that meal times could be a little competitive and there are some petty rules in the restaurant which are not always clear. More information regarding rules and facilities would be helpful (to avoid potential embarrasment or confrontation). If half board, extra drinks, food etc are overpriced so explore the local neighbourhood for alternatives. The onsite shop is expensive.

A great relaxing and lovely relaxing hotel in Kriopigi with knowledgeable staff who kindly accommodated our request. Brand-new room and reasonably large bathroom with very nice toiletries and a cosmetic mirror. Location right by the airport in Thessaloniki, and beautifully maintained lush gardens. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Paralia Pigadakia. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

Thanks to the pretty friendly staff everything was really good. The pool was very clean and I had refreshing drinks in the main bar...

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. The variety of food at the buffet was impressive. The spa was absolutely brilliant, and we enjoyed a relaxing couples treatment with a scrub, full body massage, and private jacuzzi. The resort is perfect for both family trips and romantic getaways. The staff, especially Kassiani from Guest Relations, were extremely polite and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel.

We were impressed by the layout of the hotel and the gardens which were well maintained. The walk to the lovely beach was a pleasure.The restaurant facilities and staff service was excellent as was the variety of food provided. All of the hotel staff we encountered were most polite and helpful. Our Garden View room was spacious and comfortable.

Our only complaint was about the lack of discipline of the very young children who it seemed were allowed to shout and scream late at night outside of the hotel lounge area, disturbing guests who had retired for the night. Being a 'family' orientated hotel we understood that children would be given as much freedom as possible, but we considered there behaviour at times unacceptable. Perhaps the hotel could request parents to ensure their children do not disturb other guests.

I loved the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the tranquil atmosphere. I really loved that you weren't piping music to the beach. I loved the water, swimming, and then coming back to a clean, comfortable room to relax.

The food was not very good at the outdoor restaurant and the shower needs a shower curtain. I also did not understand why the beach is not always all-inclusive of the room price (we had to pay to be there and were told that only deluxe type rooms had full access to the beach).

The garden at this place was beautiful and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. It was a pleasant experience staying here, with the hotel located within a reasonable walking distance from Kriopigi Cold Fountain. Additionally, you are only a short drive away from George Venue Beach Resort.

You are not allowed to enter dinner in shorts!!!!! I was there with 3 kids and wife and they send me to have dinner at an internal Tavern (which was not bad at all, but that was a strange concept to send me there without a family while my plan included HB for all). The beach was dirty and crowded in September.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, always smiling and super nice. Checking in was quick, and our rooms were exactly like the pictures online. Everything was clean and the AC was on, keeping the rooms cool. The private beach was beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and towels provided. We slept well on the comfortable beds and the meals, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious with plenty of options. The hotel facilities were great, and the location by the beach in a tranquil area was perfect.

Food at the brasserie ammos was excellent. Good choice and value for money. Spacious, comfy room. Wifi at the beach!!! Beach itself is nice.

The room is not at a 4* level.Small and feels cheap. Stay at this hotel is definitely overpriced. But more than anything other-when I wanted to put a sunbed in the shade of the tree in the (otherwise) fantastic hotel park-I was told by the hotel staff that ''grass is for looking not for laying''. But later I saw people laying in the shade on the grass so they might not be so strict with this hotel rule.
